ROOF--INCLUDES:  ROOF COVERING, ROOF LEAKS, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS, SKYLIGHTS, FLASHINGS.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS--INCLUDES:  WATER ENTRANCE AND SERVICE, FUEL SERVICE, DRAIN SYSTEMS, WASTE, FIXTURES, PIPES, VENT PIPES, WATER HEATERS.

ELECTRICAL--INCLUDES:  SERVICE ENTRANCE, MAIN PANEL AND SUB PANELS, CIRCUITS AND CONDUCTORS, OUTLETS, FIXTURES AND SWITCHES, SMOKE DETECTORS.
